Meet Amy, the host who talks about her 15+ year struggle with bulimia, her experience with eating disorder recovery, and interviews others along the way who have been a part of her journey or had their own experience with an eating disorder. By hearing the stories of those in recovery and learning what's allowed them to heal, we can kick start or further continue on our own healing process and lead a fulfilling life knowing that we are not alone, there's a supportive community out there that can relate to you in what you feel are your darkest moments, and know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Based out of Denver, Colorado, Host Amy Goeckel is sharing her story of her 15+ year struggle with an eating disorder and interviewing those along the way who have been a part of her journey or experienced their own journey.

She provides her first-hand experience with bulimia and talks about therapy, mindfulness, journaling, meditation, tips, and life experience that led her to a life in recovery. She interviews everyone from her parents, sibling, therapist, and more to get their unique perspectives on her struggle and recovery. Amy wants anyone out there struggling to know that while she might not know what it's like to walk in their shoes, she's walking right next to them and wants them to believe they can conquer this disease, together.
